What Mystic is doing is having the pair of dice roll numbers you will never hit, because they can do it so that it doesn't pay out, they have to earn money to pay for their lights, employees, expenses to run the place.
If you roll a pair of dice, you are going playing a fair gamble. What the casino manager is essentially replying to is they have cold and hot runs, which means they can rig the machines NOT to pay, which is must more obvious now than before pandemic conditions. One thing I noticed about gambling at Mystic is when you think about it, this is NOT entertainment, because a true entertainment experience is when you're not rigging your machines to run hot or cold. I've had hot cycles, very rare at Mystic Lake, and many many cold cycles. I see the replies from the casino manager on these reviews and it now makes sense about the hot and cold cycles. I've been to Ho Chunk casinos, Peppermill in Reno, Treasure Island, etc.
I've been playing Keno for a long time, I love Keno machines, it is really all I play when I go to any casino.
